Bring your feeds to life
Wordpress, Blogger, dotclear, etc… Whichever blogging platform he uses, the best friend of a blogger, Apart from his blog of course, is his RSS feed. Your feed is a tool, you only need to know how to use it at its fullest potential. The easiest way to optimise your feed is to burn it. hey, Lo siento! i didnt mean you needed to go and set fire to your pc!
No, actually i meant that with a feedburner account, you can optimise your atom or rss feed. click here for a web-based example of my own feed.
Of course, you can also read such feeds in all available feedreaders!
What can a burned (burnt?) feed do? Well, many things. among others, it can let your visitors subscribe to your posts by email, (yes, even non-wordpress users!), create a nice gif button for your site (As hans-kun magnificently shows how to do
